Chris is an excellent agent. He's very knowledgeable of the San Diego housing market and the various issues that come with it. He aggressively lobbies for his clients. He's very responsive to questions and concerns, and follows through to find answers and resolve conflicts. I had a particularly long road. I entered escrow in the middle of December, but my sellers still needed to find a new property, which did not happen until early March. Chris was extremely present throughout the process, staying in frequent contact with the listing agent on progress and meanwhile helping me stay sane and patient. He helped me see the silver lining of the waiting process, including the fact that my house increased $30,000 in value during the three months I waited to close escrow - INSTANT EQUITY! He also went out of his way to visit the property himself to look into various potential plumbing issues and how they can possibly affect me in the future. As an active duty military member, I found myself living on the other side of the country from my San Diego property.
