So this means letting the 90% of buyers out there see the home when they are available…. The WEEKEND. The optimum day is Thursday. It gives buyers the time to see the listing during the week and schedule a showing with their La Mesa Realtor for the weekend. You might be saying, "Well, the seller got what they wanted at list price". True, but if I can give the seller an offer ABOVE what they expected, do you think they'd be happy?? If a buyer comes into a viewing and immediately offers list price, THAT is a desirable home. That also tells me that others will think they same. If I give it the weekend to season, I could have 5 offers in hand. Then I get to send out a "multiple counter offer" back to all 5 and let them bid against each other.
